Proscenica

Privacy notice

Last updated 25 October 2026

This notice explains what happens to the details you give when you sign up on proscenica.com. We keep it short, because we collect very little.

Who we are

Proscenica is responsible for your details. You can reach us at hello@proscenica.com.

What we collect

If you sign up to test it and fill in our short questionnaire, we also keep your name and your answers: your role and sector, the tools, computer and LMS you use, what you’d like to try, how much time you could give, and anything else you choose to tell us. Every answer but your name is optional.

Like every website, our host also keeps short-lived technical records (such as your internet address) to run the site and keep it secure.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email only to invite you to the free trial, if you asked to test, and to send occasional news about Proscenica. We use questionnaire answers only to choose testers and set up their trial. We do this because you’ve agreed to it (consent). You can withdraw that at any time, and we’ll stop.

Who else handles it

We never sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own use.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Its font is kept on the site itself, so your browser doesn’t contact anyone else to show it.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe, or 12 months after the product goes on sale, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email hello@proscenica.com; we’ll reply within a month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.
